A person can pull out their phone and open an app that points them to black-owned businesses near them. Once the business is selected, the reviews will pop up with the link to their website. What differentiates us from other websites like Google, Angie, etc. is that a person can instantly write a review on the app, with a one-button click, but the difference is that it is not immediately published if they get less than a 4-star review. This review will go directly to the business owner. The business owner has 3 days to reach out and resolve the issue. If the business or service does not correct the issue an occurrence will be issued, and the review will immediately be posted. A business or service will have a finite number of occurrences (say maybe 5) before the rating drops from A+ to A and so on. On the flip side, if the customer is satisfied, they can change their review with the click of a button.
